1. Who we are

2. Accounts

You can browse the Site without an account. To place an order or leave a review you may need to provide contact information. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Product listings and pricing

We do our best to keep product descriptions, specs, images, and prices accurate. Because catalog and pricing information can change quickly:

• All prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.
• We may correct errors and revise information at any time without prior notice.
• If a product is mispriced or misdescribed, we may cancel your order and refund you.
• Colors and appearances on your screen may vary slightly from the physical product.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory issues. Payment is due at checkout and processed by our payment providers (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping times are estimates only, not guarantees. Free shipping applies to orders over $100 (excluding taxes) unless the product page states otherwise. Once an order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

6. Returns

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Contact us at sales@visionbay.co.site to start a return.

7. Warranty

Products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, unless the product page states a longer term. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. Reviews and user content

When you submit a customer review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive royalty-free license to display it on the Site. You confirm the content is your own, is truthful, and does not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes anyone’s rights. We may moderate, hide, or remove any submission at our discretion.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except those we cannot legally disclaim. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Products are sold subject to their manufacturer warranty.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
