Everything you need to know about how, when, and where VisionBay ships. Orders ship from our Las Vegas warehouse — not drop-shipped from overseas.

Order total is calculated before taxes. Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Ships the next business day
Weekends and US federal holidays don't count as business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday ship on Monday.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states from our warehouse at 6209-6211 Dean Martin Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89118. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer and can carry extra shipping cost.
We do not currently ship internationally. If you need international shipping, contact us and we may be able to arrange freight forwarding at your cost.
Tracking your order
- 1You receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place the order.
- 2When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and carrier link.
- 3If you have an account, you can also see tracking info under Order History.
- 4Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of the label being created.
Carriers we use
We ship most orders via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority, depending on the size and destination. Oversized items (large NVR cabinets, industrial equipment) ship via freight and we contact you before dispatch to schedule delivery.
