Authentic Products
Every product we sell is sourced through authorized distribution channels. No counterfeit, no gray market, no refurbished units sold as new. If a manufacturer refuses to honor warranty on something we sold you as new, we replace it ourselves.
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from delivery to return most items for a refund of the product price, less a 30% restocking fee. Bulk orders and items over $1,000 are non-returnable; if these arrive defective, we will exchange them for the same item at no cost to you. See our returns page for full details.
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Every new product carries at least a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Many brands carry longer warranties. Check the product page for the exact term.
We Handle Your RMA
You never have to deal with the manufacturer directly. If something fails under warranty, contact us with your order number and we work with the brand to get you a replacement or refund.
Ships From a Real US Warehouse
Orders ship from our Las Vegas warehouse, not drop-shipped from overseas. Orders placed before 2 PM PST typically ship the same business day.
Secure Checkout
All payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card number is never stored on our servers. Every page of the site uses HTTPS encryption.
